Data deletion request

This page is for human data-deletion requests to Vyrr AI. It is separate from Meta's automated Data Deletion Callback used by Facebook Login. After you submit, you will receive a reference ID for follow-up.

Meta / Facebook Login data deletion

If you connected WhatsApp through Facebook Embedded Signup on Vyrr, you can request deletion of Meta-related data associated with your Vyrr account:

  1. Sign in to Vyrr and disconnect WhatsApp from Dashboard → Integration → WhatsApp (or /dashboard/whatsapp).
  2. Submit the form below with the email on your Vyrr account and mention "WhatsApp / Meta Embedded Signup".
  3. Alternatively email privacy@vyrrai.com from that address. We will confirm and delete stored WABA connection fields and related logs per our retention policy.

This URL (/data-deletion) is the human Data Deletion instructions page for Meta App settings. Automated Meta Data Deletion Callbacks are handled separately when configured on the Facebook app.

Use this form to ask Vyrr AI SMC Private Limited to delete personal data we hold. End customers of a merchant should usually contact that merchant first; we will assist where we are the processor.
